Photography has been a passion of mine for thirty years. I am self-taught and only in the past several years have I begun to make my work available for sale. I usually work with digital cameras but occasionally use 35mm film as well.
I have lived in Kennebunk, Maine for fourteen years. The landscapes, seascapes, and light of Maine are a never-ending inspiration. I spend part of the winter traveling in Switzerland, Italy, and France and this has had a great influence on my work.
My photographs are not just to document what I see, but instead I try to compose and capture images that reflect the true essence of a place or a subject.
